Statistics: "Heart Disease and Stroke Statistics — 2008 Update"
Finally found it after several hours of PubMed. Should think about looking at some of these websites before! Same thing for most other disease if you want to find an update statistics, I think. That will save a lot of time if you know where you can find it.
