From Google, I think I might have deleted the following folder :(, while cleaning my drive after Norton AntiVirus found a Trojan!!!!
This is what you will have to do open command prompt as admin
$ icacls C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Temp\Low /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low
Done!
