This seems to be the cause.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\Credential Providers\
There is one empty authenticated ID started with "6f45dc1e" (not in the pictures).
Delete it and you will be fine!
If you are too worried, back up!
